Selecting Your Preferred Payment Method

During the checkout process on the Basket page, you are able to select your preferred payment method. These are: -

  1. PayPal Checkout
    This will take you to to log in, choose your funding source and confirm the payment of your order. 

  2. Proceed to Payment
    Choose this option if you would like to pay with Credit or Debit Card. You will proceed on to fill in your Billing Address, Delivery Address and Card Details.

  3. Apply for Finance
    You will be redirected to to input your details and find out if you have been approved for finance. You will only have this option at Checkout if you have reach the minimum amount of £250.00 required for Finance and £500.00 for interest free Finance.

Credit and Debit Cards

By choosing "Proceed to Payment" at Checkout, you can pay with the following cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

There are no charges for making a purchase with a Credit Card.


Khyam offers the alternative secure payment method via PayPal.

1. How do I use PayPal?
Select PayPal as the payment method and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be redirected to PayPal where you need to choose the PayPal funding source you wish to use for your order.

You will then receive 2 emails, 1 from PayPal to confirm your payment and 1 from Khyam to confirm your order.


2. Can I use PayPal without opening a PayPal account?
You can now pay with PayPal without having an account. This means PayPal will not hold onto your details after purchase. PayPal limit the number of account free transactions to 10.


3. PayPal errors
Unfortunately, sometimes there are problems creating or processing PayPal Orders. Here are some of the errors you might receive while creating your order:

If you are redirected to an error page or do not receive an online confirmation email from us then it is likely that an error prevented the creation of the order. If you are not sure please log into your Khyam account. If the order does not appear there then it was not successfully created. If you receive an email from PayPal stating that you have paid for your order but do not receive an email from us, please log into your account and check that the order was successfully created there. If it was not please Contact Us quoting your name, email address and the items that you ordered. 

'The buyer is restricted' - PayPal have placed restrictions on your account and we are unable to proceed with your order. Please contact PayPal to resolve this issue with them. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly to Khyam.

'The buyer cannot pay, transaction rejected' - PayPal believes you are unable to pay for your order. Please contact PayPal and then when the issue is resolved you can retry to process your order. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly. 

'The funding source is missing' - The funding source you chose to use to pay for your order is no longer connected to your PayPal account or your order. Please contact PayPal to resolve the issue . Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly.

'Transaction refused due to risk model of the buyer' - PayPal have run a risk model against your account for security reasons and believe your account may be high risk and will not allow us to proceed with your order. Please contact PayPal to resolve this issue. Alternatively you may change your payment method and pay by card directly.

V12 Finance

No paper forms. No sending forms in the post. Completely online.

The process begins when you select a finance offer at the checkout. The credit application form is then displayed. A 'credit summary' displays the description of goods and finance details.

After filling in your details, to complete the application, you will need to check the e-signature box to sign the credit agreement and submit your application. A decision is returned in around 10 seconds, which means you can complete your purchase, entirely online, in just a few minutes.

And as the agreement is executed online there is no paper, no sending forms in the post and no delays.



Khyam is a non-independent credit broker. Khyam is a registered trading name of Secco Ltd. 

Khyam has access to a lenders as a non-independent credit broker. Finance available subject to credit acceptance to UK residents aged 18 or over. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. Terms and conditions apply. Offer may be varied, withdrawn or extended at any time.

What does this mean?  Essentially, we're non-independent because we only work with a single finance provider and cannot search nor advise on the whole market for your best option to fit your circumstances.

What's a credit broker?  We make an introduction on your behalf to a lender, but we are not the lender itself.  Meaning for example, when you take out finance on a new Khyam Product, we introduce you to V12 Finance (the lender) and your finance agreement is between you and them.

What about fees?  We don't charge you a fee for an introduction to a lender, however the lender may pay us or charge us a fee for the introduction. 

How am I scored?  Different lenders have different methods of scoring you for your suitability of your finance application.  We are not privy to the score, nor how they arrive at it.  We only get notification of an acceptance, referral or decline.  If you want to speak to our finance provider, their details are below.

My credit score isn't good, and I've been refused finance before:  We don't currently work with any lenders who specialise in finance for those who find themselves with an adverse credit record. Please consider carefully any agreement where the total amount payable and APR are significantly higher than those offered through our chosen lender.  Please be aware that all credit searches are recorded against your history and may adversely affect your credit score.

Promotions and Discount Codes

To redeem your discount or promotional voucher, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket.
  2. In the basket click "Got a Discount Code?" and enter your code in the box, then click "Apply".
  3. If your order does not meet the terms of the voucher a message will be displayed. You may need to modify your order for the discount to be applied.
  4. Please then Proceed to Payment as normal.

Important information about discount and promotional voucher codes:

  • Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on apart from other vouchers, bundle deals or when the criteria is not met.
  • Vouchers are valid for the time shown within its Terms and Conditions. 


Free Next Day Delivery

Applies to any single order over £150.00 will receive free delivery provided they qualify for the Free Delivery under these conditions. The Free Delivery is an automated voucher that is applies to your order the moment your basket exceeds £150.00 and therefore is a promotional benefit. Only full priced items are guaranteed to receive free delivery. If you use a voucher a code, we reserve the right to withdraw the automated Free Delivery Voucher. Please note free delivery is not available during any special promotions or offers. Only UK Mainland are able to receive free delivery, as long as they meet the criteria stated.


Discounts, Offers and Voucher Codes

Discounts, Offers and Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer (including Free Delivery unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts or free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used in accordance with their terms of use.

If you use a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that: -
  (i) you are entitled to use the code;
  (ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
  (iii) you agree to the terms set out above.


Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on  apart from other vouchers or event tickets.
  • You don’t have to spend the whole balance of the Gift Voucher at once. We will keep track of the remaining balance which can be used at a later date.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase so make sure you redeem your Voucher in time!
  • Gift Vouchers are valued and issued in GBP. You can still redeem your voucher on an order using a different currency, however the value of the voucher in that currency will be calculated at the time of redemption.
  • Unfortunately it is not possible to use Gift Vouchers against orders purchased via the finance payment option (available in the UK only).
  • If you have been lucky enough to receive multiple Gift Vouchers you can use more than one Gift Voucher against an order by repeating the same process listed above.
