Go for a hike

Maybe try planning a hike in advance and getting a few of your friends involved!
Go on a dog walk
If you’re looking for a simple way to spend time outdoors during your day to day routine, try taking the dog on a longer walk than normal, or think about taking a different route. Not only is it good for you, but your four-legged friend will thank you for it too!
Take some time in the garden
