Quality Wins at Premier Camping Show - Khyam

We’re proud to announce that quality was the stand out feature for visitors to this year’s Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show, with sales of our tents and awnings three times higher compared to the last event.

These figures are a record for our business and were double the revenue of our previously most successful show.

During the six-day event, we saw a consistent stream of trade and public visit the stand and focused on demonstrating how comfort, sustainability and cost savings can be combined to create the optimum camping experience.

This included showcasing furniture from our good friends at BoCamp and Crespo to demonstrate how to make a tent a temporary home, with sleeping, seating and storage solutions. 

Our Brand Manager, Nick Roberts, says: “This year’s event was undoubtably our best show ever. At one point we were unsure about attending due to all the uncertainties with covid however we are delighted we had a strong presence at the show. 

“Speaking to customers and hearing feedback is valuable in itself, but we were staggered how many sales were generated after people could see and feel the quality of our tent and awnings fabrics for themselves.

“We’ve already committed to next year’s event and will ensure our online stock levels continue to meet the demand for our most popular items.”

We were also joined by Campervantastic who demonstrated how awnings fit on a van, Tent Spares who explained how we can maintain your tents/awnings for years to come, and Storm who exhibited some of their proofing products to help maintain the fabrics.
