TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS
We aim to keep our terms and conditions as simple and straightforward
as possible. We hope you find them easy to understand.

contact us. Please note that these do not affect your statutory
rights as a customer.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site,
select a Khyam Outdoor Centre stockist and click on the
item that you wish to buy and this puts them into a shopping
basket.
After you have finished your selection click on the checkout
and you will be asked for details we need to enable us to
satisfy the order. We accept all major credit or debit payments
except American Express. We do not charge for any item until
it is ready to be shipped. We do not accept back order items.
You send your credit card information over the internet,
the site is secure. Placing an order on this website is a
binding agreement and by making a purchase you are stating
that you are over 18 and able to enter into such an agreement.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER/DELIVERY
Our website contains an area for you to select the day in
which you prefer to receive your goods. Due to the working
week we have restricted this from Tuesday to Friday. If
we receive your order before 12.00 noon Monday – Thursday,
we aim to process that day and the goods could be with
you the following day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon on
a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday
at the earliest.
The delivery times will be between 8.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
and in the event that we know we will not be able to deliver
on the day you have designated, we will contact you by e
mail or telephone to arrange an alternative delivery day.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
For all Returns you should contact the Khyam Outdoor Centre
stockist that you selected to purchase the product from.
In general proof of posting should be obtained and produced
as evidence of despatch in the event of goods being lost
in transit. If you believe you are entitled to a refund
of the shipping costs please include proof of cost in the
parcel.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
You the customer are solely responsible for inspecting the
product upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you order
is received damaged or is faulty, or incorrect, please
notify the Khyam Outdoor Centre stockist within 24 hours
of receipt and return it immediately. If your purchase
develops a fault within 7 working days of receipt you may
also return it. Please retain the original packing for
returning your order. Enclose a copy of your invoice and
details of the problem. We will arrange to repair or replace
your order as long as the product has been used as intended
and does not, on examination, display any signs of misuse.
If faulty please enclose a letter stating the fault(s)
and return the item to the Khyam Outdoor Centre stockist.
This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect
or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you
need to return a product due to an error on our part we
will exchange or refund the product for you. We will also
refund any reasonable associated carriage costs.
REFUNDS
All applicable refunds of returns costs – will be processed
within 30 days from the date of product return. Refunds will
not be issued until we have received the product in its original
delivered state, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap
in tact). Please note we will only accept the return of opened
items if they are faulty. See damaged incorrect faulty goods
on Replacement Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Khyam Outdoor Centre website will only disclose buyers
information when agreed to by the buyer upon selecting
a Khyam Outdoor Centre stockist to purchase from. Cookies
are used on this shopping site but only to track the contents
of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
