Delivery Policy
It is our aim to deliver all U.K based orders the next working day from when your order is placed. This may extend to two or three working days depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after midday on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible after the weekend. You will be advised of your delivery by email, this will include your parcel tracking number so you can monitor exactly where your parcel is.
U.K Deliveries are charge by weight - orders up to 20 kilos to the UK mainland are charged at £7.99, up to 35 kilos £16.50 and over 35 kilos £22.50.
Costs for deliveries outside the U.K will appear in the shopping basket when the relevant destination country is selected from the delivery drop down box in the shopping basket.
