Weather Weave

From the moment the yarn is spun, the new ‘weather weave’ process is implemented. A fine oil based solution is applied to the yarn which allows a much closer weave to be introduced. This closer weave enhances the tare and rip qualities of the fabric.

The weaving and dyeing processes are followed by applying three fine layers of polyurethane coating which enhance both colour fastness and waterproof qualities of the material.
